Bulldogs knock out another two wins against Lodge Grass, Miles City

Hardin’s Bulldog basketball team recovered from their recent loss against Billings Central with two home wins on Saturday and Monday against the Lodge Grass Indians and Miles City Cowboys respectively.
In the case of the matchup with Lodge Grass, they took the game by 77-48; against Miles City, the final score was 66-42.
Hardin managed to stick ahead for most of the Lodge Grass game – nearly tripling their opponents’ third period score at 23-8 – and fell behind in the fourth quarter score by single point. 
Top shooters for Hardin included Trae Hugs with 14 points and Cayden Redfield with 11. Despite Lodge Grass’ loss, Indian forward Elijjah Rogers scored the most points of any individual player that game at 15 points.
The Miles City game was very similar for Hardin, as the Bulldogs were ahead most of the match – actually tripling the Cowboys’ third period score at 24-8 – and only fell behind once again for the fourth quarter score by a single point. 
Famous Lefthand was the top shooter for the game with 15 points, followed by Redfield with 11.
The Bulldogs will be facing Belgrade in a home game at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, followed by an away game at 6:30 p.m. against Livingston.
