MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
 
Monday, March 27 - Hardin's Thespian Troupe will be serving taco in a bag meals every Monday until April 17 at Mojoes Coffee Shop from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All proceeds go to the Troupe, who will represent Montana at the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Neb. this June.
 
Wednesday, March 29 – Men’s Lenten breakfast will be served 6:30 a.m. at First American Lutheran Church in Hardin.
 
Wednesday, March 29 – First American Lutheran Church will be hosting a free soup dinner and service starting 5:45 p.m. every Wednesday until Easter.
 
Wednesday, March 29 – Montana State University’s Pesticide Education Program will be coordinating regional initial private applicator training in Lame Deer’s Charging Horse Casino from 8:40 a.m. to 5 p.m. Those who wish to register should visit www.pesticides.montana.edu/pat/education/initial-PAT.html by March 15, as space is limited.
 
Saturday, April 1 – Help Every Pet Club in Hardin will be holding their 3rd Annual All Fur Fun comedy show at the Big Horn County Fairgrounds, with doors opening at 5 p.m. To purchase a ticket, call Rebecca Shirley at (406) 679-3715, Marlene Whiting at (406) 665-1933 or Chris Winterrowd at (406) 665-4165. Tickets may also be purchased online via PayPal at helpeverypet.org.
 
Saturday, April 8 – The 2nd Annual Run for Love is scheduled at 7 a.m. in Riverfront Park to benefit local families with cancer through the Cassie’s Gifts of Love foundation. Saturday, April 15 – An Easter egg hunt is scheduled at 11 a.m. in Hardin’s Custer Park, organized by local resident Ginnie Ladwig. Volunteers and donations are welcome. Donations can be dropped off in the Hardin Clinic at 16 N. Miles Ave. or Farmers Insurance at 804 N. Center Ave., or one may donate by calling Ladwig at (406) 794-8472.
 
Sunday, April 16 – First American Lutheran Church started choir practice at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26 in preparation for their Easter service on April 16. Local area singers are welcome to join the choir.
 
Wednesday, April 19 – Free bowhunting classes begin in the Hardin High School welding shop from 6-9 p.m. Register by March 18 through the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks bowhunter’s education course website at www.register-ed.com/programs/33. Those who register must be 11 or older by the day of the class. For more information, call William Molina during the evenings at 371-1106.
 
Saturday, April 22 – Kiwanis Club will be holding a wine and beer tasting 6 p.m. at 3 Brothers Bistro along Center Avenue in Hardin. For more information, contact Debbey Warren or Sandy Struck at First Interstate Bank by calling (406) 665-3822. A limited number of tickets are available.

•The Two Rivers Authority meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Two Rivers Detention Facility in Hardin (1st Monday).
• Pryor Al Anon Family Group meets at 7 p.m. at the St. Charles Mission multi-purpose room.
• The Historical Preservation Commission meets at noon. For more information, call 665-2137 (2nd Monday).
• On the third Monday of every month, First Interstate Bank employee Debbey Warren will be teaching a budget class at the HRDC building from 1-3 p.m. Call 665-3500 to register.
• Welcoming Comfort Al-Anon lunch bunch at 12, noon at 310 N. Center Ave. Upstairs Alateens are welcome.
 
TUESDAYS
 
• The Helping Hands Food Bank is open from noon to 4 p.m. for emergency food services (Tuesday and Thursday). The flavor of the month for March is canned mixed vegetables.
• Al-Anon Experience Strength and Hope group meets at 7 p.m. at 619 Division. Alateens are welcome.
• Hardin City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. at the Public Utility Facility across from City Hall (1st and 3rd Tuesday).
• All City Committees are scheduled to meet at 6:30 p.m. every 3rd Tuesday of each month, at the Public Utility Facility (across from the City Offices at 406 N Cheyenne Ave.).
• Jasmine Chapter #65 of Eastern Star meets 7 p.m. at the Masonic Hall (2nd and 4th Tuesday).
• Chamber of Commerce meets 12, noon at the 3 Brothers Bistro (second Tuesday).
• Weight Watchers: Bullis Family Center at 524 N Cheyenne Ave. Weigh-in, 5 p.m., meeting, 5:30 to 6 p.m.
• Hardin District 17H & 1 School Board meets at 5:30 p.m. in the school administration building (2nd and 4th Tuesday).

• BHC Library Story Hour at 10:30 a.m. Crafts included; children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Kiwanis meets at noon at Three Brother’s Bistro in the back room. All visitors are welcome.

• The Hardin Hope for Today Al-Anon group will be meeting at 7 p.m. at 323 N. Crawford Ave. This group includes literature study. Alateens are welcome.
