$10,000 offered for information leading to capture of suspected drug trafficker

A 35-year-old man is wanted by the FBI for his alleged involvement in a drug-trafficking operation located in Montana from about 2007 to September 2010. Noel Romero Herrera, also known as “Joker,” is considered armed and dangerous.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to his arrest.
According to their description, Herrera is between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9, 190 to 200 pounds, and Hispanic. In addition, he has a skin discoloration and tattoos on his head, neck, back, chest, and left and right arms. He was born in Chicago, and lived previously in Utah cities including Murray, Midvale, Sandy and Salt Lake City.
A federal arrest warrant was issued for Herrera in February 2011 by U.S. District Court in Billings after he was charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and distribution of cocaine, and aiding and abetting.
